If I’m sending this gift straight to the recipient will it include a receipt?

We send almost all our orders straight to the recipient and we never include a receipt or gift receipt unless specifically requested.

Do I have to choose just 1 item per category if I am building a custom OOji box?

Yes, by choosing only 1 item per category you will finish with the correct number of items for the price you have paid and all your items will fit perfectly in the box you have chosen.

Will every order be delivered in an OOji gift box?

All orders will arrive to you or the recipient beautifully gift wrapped in our bespoke gift box and ready to be received except items bought on the ‘SHOP YOU’ page. These items will be nestled in our acid free, recyclable tissue and sealed with our baby stickers. We don’t want you to have to think about how to present your gift.

Why are there no prices against individual items on the custom box page?

For the custom option to work and allow customers the choice when selecting their items, we have put the full cost against the OOji gift box. Items are priced at zero so you can select your favourite without thinking about the price whilst still knowing the final price of your gift.

Can I include a personal message if I have my OOji box sent straight to the recipient?

Yes, on the checkout page you will have the option to include a personal message which we will write for you on our beautiful custom message cards so the recipient will know exactly who the gift is from.

Can I buy just one item and have it delivered without the OOji box?

Yes, but only from the ‘SHOP YOU’ page. This page includes all our favourites and best sellers.

How will I know my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been sent you will receive an email confirmation which, depending on the service used, will include a tracking number.

How are the gift box orders packaged?

All Deluxe & Classic gift box orders are housed within our bespoke single wall sturdy corrugated box to protect the contents during transit. Your gift should arrive in perfect condition.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We deliver worldwide, prices for most common destinations can be found here. If you don’t see your destination, please get in touch here. We also deliver within the UK for our overseas customers looking for a hassle free baby gift ordering service for their UK based family, friends and clients.

Yes, we can help small businesses and corporate organisation send a beautiful boxed baby gift directly to a colleague, customer or client.
